D.M. Lorti is a freelance Photographer and Cowgirl living in the pulpy heart of Phoenix, AZ. She began her relationship with photography in 2007 and has been shooting ever since. Lorti's photography is a reflection of color and emotion, often combining images in juxtaposition for an authentic raconteur collage of imagery. Noted for her talents both behind the camera and in front of it, she has created a unique portrayal of her life in the form of self portraiture. Originally schooled with her collection of vintage film cameras, Lorti has developed her inherent techniques with photography in the clotted bubbles of darkroom chemicals. She continues to passionately pursue her methods and expose new understanding of her work. With the exception to her vivid photography, Lorti is verbally private about her personal life and known for her eccentric secrecy. Lorti was born on June 25th, 1987 in Bisbee, Arizona, and is the only child of a small family.
