Last year I took over 700 photos for my daughter's elementary school yearbook, and designed the yearbook. So many people told me what wonderful photos I had taken and great shots i had captured that I started playing around with my cameral and wanted to try to become even better and experiment some as well. I am almost embarrassed to put some of my shots online for all to see because I see so much wonderful photography here, but as I explored all these shots it also occurred to me how much better I could become if I shared my photos with groups and others to gain comments and criticisms. Already I am learning to set up shots better, to play with lighting and texture etc.

My 14-yr-old daughter also enjoys photography so some of these shots are hers as she is too embarrassed to show them off at all. I have tagged them all with her name.
