My name is Clive Birch, better known as 'Clivios' on the Greek island of Crete, where I live near Gouves, about 20 minutes from the capital city Heraklion.

I am a Graphic Designer from England and when I moved here about 3 years ago, I felt that Heraklion needed a website that was devoted to all that goes on there, so I designed and produced www.nowheraklion.com.

With a little help from my friends, we keep the website regularly updated with Events listings, Cinema show-times and a Directory which we hope is useful to both citizens of and visitors to the vibrant capital City of Heraklion.
