Nubanusit Neighborhood and Farm is a cohousing neighborhood, consisting of "green" homes (quality-built and environmentally-designed), a Common House, professional office space, a working farm, a pond, and woodlands with walking trails.

Our name comes from the Nubanusit River that runs along one border of our 70+ acres of land. We're located just one mile (easily walkable) from downtown Peterborough, in the Monadnock Region of New Hampshire, about an hour and a half from Boston.

Our 29 homes are clustered on a small portion of the land (about five acres) adjacent to the farm fields, pond, and woodlands. All vehicular traffic is limited to the parking area at the periphery of the neighborhood, making it pedestrian-friendly and a safe place for children.
