Multistory is a community arts organisation based in West Bromwich, within the borough of Sandwell.

Multistory’s work is focused on the development of participatory arts projects of the highest creative standard in the fields of learning, health and regeneration to bring benefits to communities, organisations and artists in Sandwell and the West Midlands.

Multistory offers bespoke creative projects and programmes of work designed to tackle a wide range of social issues that bring together communities and artists to develop creative solutions to local problems. These can include: ‘place making’ programmes that enable communities to explore what they think about where they live and how they can influence developments in their neighbourhoods; health and well being programmes that enable communities to inform and shape the services they receive; and learning programmes that encompass skills and enterprise, family learning and early years learning through creative play.

Multistory has 13 staff members, comprising a management team with skills in strategic, financial and arts management; community artists with specialist art form training and community engagement skills; plus a Graphic Designer and Finance Officer.

Multistory is revenue funded by SMBC and ACE,WM.
