Erstwhile actor (with one toe still dangling in the water), currently writing my long overdue novel (rather than my long, overdue novel!) and exploring other means of creative expression.
After years using borrowed cameras and mobile phones, I finally treated myself to a Canon SLR just before Christmas 2009 and have been snapping away ever since.
Copyright to all photos are set to All Rights Reserved - only because I've had cash-rich publications trying to nick my work for free. I am happy to change the licensing for individual photos upon request. Life Lesson No.1. You don't ask, you don't get!
I like landscapes, macro, architecture, urban wastelands, abstracts, unusual faces and the offbeat. I like noise. I like mistakes, intentional or otherwise. I'd like to experiment with ditching digital and going back to basics - a brownie and a sturdy pair of walking shoes.
