*CONTACTS* - I can't handle multitudes. I am slow and i want to be slow. To admire a good photo needs some time. So does commenting. I think with over 100 contacts i have more already than i can reasonably follow. So please understand that i can't put you on my list just because you do this with me. But when you do comment on my stream i will always try to visit yours, too. And from time to time i will take people off my list so i can add new ones. Don't take this personal.

*SIZE*
Most pictures are not uploaded to Flickr with full resolution. If you need better quality just ask me.

*EQUIPMENT* - Nikon Coolpix 5400 - rather a snapshot camera to nowadays standards, usually handheld. Photoshop CS3.
Since summer 2010 i own a Canon EOS 7D with two lenses, EF-S15-85mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM and EF-S55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS. Plus i use PS CS5.

*FLICKR* - You are great, really! From the day i started i was overwhelmned by the diversity and quality of your photos. I have learnt so much from you! And i am thankful for your audience. But frankly, i think we should be much more critical in our comments. So if you see a fault or have an advice, please just tell it!

*ME*

Well, i am German, a single father of three sons, the two younger ones living with me. I can't remember when i started with photography. I never took any kind of courses or so. Once i followed the 'hippie trail' to India and around the world. Ever since travelling has been a passion of mine. Much of my photography is done 'on the road'.
