You can do what you want with my photos
AS LONG AS you respect the following rules:


1) DO NOT CEASE MY COPYRIGHTS TO OTHER PEOPLE WITHOUT MY WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION
You can do EVERY activity which DO NOT REQUIRE to cease my copyrights. So for example you can publish my photos on your blog, or magazine, print them on a shirt and sell the shirt, put them on a book or a magazine and sell them to people, you can use them to make funny things like calendar, funny objects and sell them without giving me money etc etc etc........AS LONG AS you don't sell them directly like it happens in photostock websites and AS LONG AS you DON'T cease my copyrights to the others on behalf of me.
All copyrights remain mine in EVERY case

2) PUT MY COPYRIGHT, NAME AND FLICKR LINK
Please make the photo you publish clickable, so that by clicking on it the user will be redirected to my original page or if you can't do it please report a link to my gallery under the picture.

Furthermore, beneath every photo you publish, please report in small characters the following phrase in a clickable way to redirect people to my website:

3) IF YOU WANT TO PRINT THEM
You have to use my signature and a better quality version, so write me a message so that i will send you a version with my signature, without the white frame which i use on flickr, and with a better quality and resolution.

4) DO NOT UPLOAD THEM ON THE FOLLOWING WEBSITES
-- desktop wallpapers websites
-- photo gallery websites like, for example, Flickr, Panoramio and Picasa
-- stock photo selling websites like for example IStock, Bigstockphotos and Fotolia
-- file storage websites like, for example, Rapidshare and megaupload,
-- any further website where you can't put my signature

5) LIST OF MODIFICATION I ALLOW
Eventually, if you need, you can do the following:
-- remove the white frame as long as you report my signature in a different way
-- resize/crop the pictures to fit your website format and size requirements, as long as you report my signature beneath them
No other modification is allowed

If you need to do any other modification (like conversion to black and white, write me and i will do it for you)

Anyway, If someone download my picture from your website or blog without telling you that's ok, it's not your fault and it's not a problem

8) PAINTING MY PICTURES
You are free to paint my pictures EXCEPT if you use a "realism" technique. Furthermore, you have to STILL respect the other rules reported here
Despite the technique used, the final result must differ enough from my original picture. To be sure, please ask me by providing me some example works

I'm Francesco from Rome, Italy, i'm born in 1983 and i have been in love with photos since almost 10 years
My pictures have been used in more than 50 websites and blogs over time, and in some international brochure or for conference presentations, and some people decided to print them to put them on the wall of their houses, all of this, for free, for my decision.

I have been always a free photographer. I have always liked the idea to not contaminate my passion with money, and that's the reason why from the beginning of my experience, i have choosen to cease for free all my photos to public, and to sustain charity donation thanks to those who are still ready to pay for my pictures, despite the fact that i don't want money (i ask them to donate to an international association like save the children instead of paying me, and on my website you can find the acknowledgement list of those who did it)

What pushed me to my knowledge level has been my curiosity, i think the same thing which pushed Steve Jobs to become what he was til some weeks ago.....I didn't follow any manual, i didn't follow any trend nor any particular technique.....i just liked to discover, to try something new and to acquire a personal technique by experimenting

As you will see, my personal technique is something which reflect my state of mind, colors, colors and colors......and lovely landscapes...you will say my photos are hdr or photoretouched, or too much vibrant.....i'm sorry for that but it's my mind.....first of all they are not hdr....then my mind love the colors of life, and expresses itself with this strange fictional technique.........in that I consider myself like Van Gogh....you know Van Gogh style is so fictional, but it's lovely because it expresses himself....that's the same for me.....

I always try to not follow art styles, because following the others is not the way for me......everytime you try to follow a style, you finish to copy something already done..........

Basically i love landscapes and every little thing which makes sense to my eyes......i'm searching my religion among every nature element.....and the sun,the sky, the sea, and their colors and sounds are my guide......

printing every sensation in my mind and in the time, the act of do it it's just the infinity for me......that sweet and unique desire, foolish ambition of fake prayers.....because for me the life is like an undeletable book........god can punish you for your sins, but he can't delete what you did, and that's the infinity for me.....

In my mind the reality is distorted because my mind takes from it only what it cares for....it could be just shapes, just colours, just contrasts, or everything altogheter......my mind usually emphasizes their importance in a different manner everytime, and usually finishes to show to my spirit something far from truth, but so close to what i am, because the reality is relative, and everyone sees what he wants to see......i want to see colors even more than what they are..........so if you find that my photos are so much retouched, full of vibrant colours and so on, now you know the reason why........
