Telmo Bermeo is an experienced Home Builder and Real Estate Broker whose firm has historically delivered exceptional results to its partners. The operating platform at Custom Building Group is designed to take advantage of his long term track record of Building Residential Homes, working with partners, lenders, buyers and sellers and to produce exceptional results in an increasingly difficult real estate market. He is a native of Ecuador who has extensive real estate experience beginning in the 2001with America's Network Realty Group Inc. and prior to that working with United Parcel Service. In the mid 1990's Mr. Bermeo began his Real Estate portfolio in the Atlanta area and in the 2000's he realized real estate was his passion and decided to get a real estate license and help others accomplish the American Dream. In 2001 Mr. Bermeo co-founded his first Residential construction company along with two other partners, in 2004 co-founded Traditional Homes of Georgia LLC with an eye for high end homes in the Atlanta Area and in 2007 co-founded Custom Building Group LLC and began building Custom Homes, Mr. Bermeo has been involved in large real estate transactions including large tracks of land, re-zoning cases and other investment properties in the Atlanta area. Mr. Bermeo is a member of the Home Building Association in Atlanta in the State of Georgia.
