A child of the swinging 60's I was born in Waterford, Ireland. and have lived there all my life.

I have always had an interst in the visual arts / photography and took up digital photography in a serious way in 2006. I am a member of the Deise Photographic Society and have previously served as club Pro. I welcome the opportunity to meet people interested in all types of photography and am enthusiastic to exchange photographic tips and experience.

I enjoy all types of photography but I particularly love the challenge to capture landscapes and photographs that capture the past.

My other interests include travel, sports, reading, hand crafts and all things outdoors.

I have visited most of the European countries and also travelled extensively in Australia. I will be returning to Australia in December 2010.
