Hi. I’m Julia Conny. I do several things, many of them involving the Internet. Some pointless, plenty worthwhile. Where I stretch my literate outcomings is this cute little website called AbsolutePunk.net, where I am a staff member. I write reviews, conduct interviews, and do other music-related postings. I’d say I have it pretty good. I’m also one-half of a Maryland promotion company, Passed Out Promotions, and an intern for 9:30 Club in Washington, D.C.

BUT … to my despair, all these things leave me very little time to craft, which is - undoubtfully - the best medicine for boredom and/or the blues. Give me felt, string and a needle and I’m in a whole new world.

Ignore all this. The only thing that matters is music. Anything I say - nonsense. The notes and beats and magical guitar riffs … that should keep any sound mind in check.
