"The first thing I did with my very first camera was climb Mt. Fuji. Climbing Mt. Fuji is a lesson in determination and moderation. It would be fair to ask if I took the moderation part to heart. But it certainly was a lesson in respecting your camera. If I was going to live with this thing, I was going to have to think about what that meant. There weren't going to be any pictures without it." -Annie Leibovitz
"I seek confidence in destitution. The desire to be surprised by the unpredictable, and the wish to get close to other people thats´s what counts." -Anders Petersen
Anders Petersen, Annie Leibovitz, George Segal inspire me, as well as Leonardo DaVinci. I find peace in knowing the people around me on a deeper level. I love light and the way it affects the world. Capturing raw detail is what keeps me photographing.
