As a company, we have created three mixed martial arts and self-defense classes at the local Spa Athletic Club. These classes are:
1) Women's Self-Defense Systems (Mon & Wed 7-8)
2) Average Joe's Mixed Martial Arts (Mon & Wed 8-9)
3) Security and Enforcement Tactics (Sat 1-3)

We currently have a special promotion in which the first two classes are free. We do not want our customers and/or class participants to feel pressured to pay for a session of classes they have not first experienced!

As a website (Atlanticmma.com),we feature articles, videos, and pictures concerning nutrition, strength and conditioning, and training. Articles are updated weekly, and videos are posted every two weeks.

Our website will soon be supplemented with a section of beautiful young women who are our Roundcard Girls. This section will include a pictorial, a video chronicling the photo shoot, and a biography of each girl (there will be twelve girls in all).
