... Born Again Artist ...

I set my art aside nearly 25 years ago ... had a family to raise and little fingers kept wanting to help ...

In January 2008 I picked up my pastels and began again . The handful of pastels you see posted amaze me totally ... I never thought I could draw again. And, why I went from drawing cowboys and indians and flora and fauna to erotic nudes is beyond me.

My creativity has also manifested itself in the form of designing and hand/custom making handbags 5 European Countries and Taiwan. Check them out!!

As I photographed my handbags for advertising purposes I began to realize I liked the challenge of the perfect photo ... and, so another adventure began.

I take my little snapshot camera with me everywhere. Yes, the photos you see on my flickr site were all done with a simple Kodak point and shoot camera that I paid $100 for. I plan to upgrade ... not sure when ... but, soon.

Lastly, I love gardening and flower arrangement.
