I began to take Photography seriously last summer, finding that close-up photography is my passion. I try to tell a story with my images though I still feel very much an amateur, and you'll usually either find me behind my camera or reading a Photography book!

I adore close-up photography and recently bought my first Macro lens (Canon EF-S 60mm f/2.8), which has really opened my eyes to the world around me. Photography has turned me into a bit of a magpie - taking photos of objects that really interest me.

If I'm not taking photographs, I'm thinking about taking photographs.....

Kit: Canon 350D (my first DSLR), Canon 600D (I just upgraded to this), Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS USM, Canon EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS, Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS, Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II & Canon EF-S 60mm f/2.8 Macro USM.
