Originally from Los Angeles, I currently reside in Japan in a town called Kujukuri, famous nationwide for its surfing. I teach English at the three town Elementary Schools here. When I am not at school, I am usually in the water or with camera in hand, documenting my life and surroundings. My flickr page consists mostly of the images I have captured here.

"I first met itsathird (real name withheld for reasons to do with national security) while crawling as an amoeba in the malarial swamps of protozoic Grunglefunkst, more commonly known today as Japan. At that time I only knew several words in the English language, prominent amongst them 'Nikon', 'SB600' and 'Ken Rockwell', and itsathird kindly helped me find the underlying connexions between all three.
