I am constantly inspired by the seemingly un-inspiring. A stairwell. A strand of pearls. Broken glass. Chipped nail polish. Fine details of lace. Candid moments. Lyrics to a song. Heartbeats.

For as long as I can remember, I have had a strong inclination towards being behind the lens of a camera. I used to sneak off with my Mom's brand-new, shiny Nikon 35mm and take photos of anything that caught my eye. From flowers, to people, to the sky. I saw the world one beautiful frame at a time.

Now, 11 years later, I shoot weddings professionally, self-portraits excruciatingly (I'd rather be behind the lens), and portraits. I love working with the wee ones, tots, & even the big kids too. : ) I am also very interested in the high fashion side of our world. The more glamour, the better.


I currently reside in Washington D.C. with my gorgeous 23 month old daughter, Madeline, anxiously waiting for my husband (her Daddy) to finish Basic Training.
