Describe myself? Silly! Besides that, I appreciate the beauty of nature such as birds, butterflies, flowers, and (well-behaved) children. I've always been interested in insects. I used to get in trouble when I was 3 or 4 for keeping beetles and moths in my pockets. I dabble in entomology and very amateur photography. I like photographing kids, especially candid shots to avoid the cheesy smiles! Baby's and children's hands and feet are so little and are just so darned cute!! If you have kids, MAKE time to play with them because if you blink, they grow up and are gone! I like warm climates (why am I here?), traveling, and going barefoot. I enjoy taking photos of wildlife and kids and am really liking my Olympus 550UZ! I'm fortunate to have a wonderful wife who shares many of my interests (she's a much better photographer!) and most importantly, she puts up with me! :-)
