My wife and I are professional photographers specializing in landscapes, flowers, and Hawaiiana on our home island of Maui. This is a tropical paradise that we portray accordingly in our images. Our photos appear in newspapers, on billboards and the internet.

We also photograph ads for vacation rental real estate and for real property sales. We do some studio portrait and commercial product work on a special request basis.

Recently, we've begun to take more HDR photos which has expanded our reportoire. We use strobes as needed to light indoor subjects and to augment sunlight when necessary. Our preference is for natural-light photography, though.

Most of our photos remain in digital format and are never printed. We have had our images viewed tens of thousands of times. Between the two of us we have 40 years of professional photographic experience and over 100,000 flickr views.

My wife, and photography business partner, and I use all Nikon camera bodies and lenses in our work. We've used Cannon, Olympus and Graphlex equipment in the past.
