Michele Nicole Photography was started in 2000, after Michele Nicole Evans realized her passion for photography could also become a successful business venture. Four years later attending one of the best photography schools in the nation (Brooks Institute) and earning a Bachelor of Art degree in Visual Journalism. MNP started out as a freelance photographer for magazines such as The Roanoker, Leisure Travel, Blue Ridge Country, The Salem Times, Pasadena Magazine, Mountain Homes, Smith Mountain Lake, and Blue Ridge Parkway. MNP has grown into photographing a wide range of subjects: from Non Profits, such as Heal the Bay and Mary Osbornes' Splash event (a plastic awareness campaign) to weddings, family portraits, band photography, and travel images. MNP continues to seek out new subjects, events, campaigns, and non profits: along with weddings and family portraiture.
