An amateur with an ever-growing interest in digital photography and the never-ending quest to take good quality, interesting shots.
My introduction to digital was a compact - Casio Elixim EX-Z750, which I still find is very useful as it's easy to carry anywhere. More recently I've been using a Canon 400D SLR which I used for some time with only the kit lens. During the past year I have added a 17-85 mm EFS lens which I now use as a standard lens, plus a 75-300 mm lens for sport, etc.
My real passion is landscapes and seascapes. However, I'm interested in all other photographic subjects and enjoy exploring the many different aspects of this absorbing hobby.
