The cable industry’s “CableCares” initiative, a community service project to assist ongoing recovery efforts in New Orleans, included a variety of activities, including rebuilding school playgrounds and libraries, providing educational enhancements for city schools, and additional fundraising to support ongoing rebuilding efforts throughout the city.
