I design women's clothes on Second Life. My shop is called Dress with Aplomb. "Aplomb" means confident self-assurance and poise and that's what I hope my customers feel when they wear my designs.

I usually start a design with the fabric. Many of my textures are either actual vintage fabrics or inspired by them. I always *know* if I'm working in silk, cotton, leather, velvet. I use a lot of international/ethnic themes as inspiration. As I evolve, I hope to do more experimental clothes and lots more sculpties.
