I like to travel, I hate the concept of government, and I make my living by writing and playing music, by and large.

I'm a proud college dropout, where I studied photography for two years and then didn't look at a still camera for another five years. Now I shoot regularly again.

I compiled a book on anarchism and fiction, entitled Mythmakers and Lawbreakers: anarchist writers on fiction, and I do a ton of other projects. A lot of my photography is featured in the magazine Graceless: A Journal of the Radical Gothic.

As of January 2011, I shoot with a Pentax K-5. The older photos were taken with a Pentax K-10d.

I set my photos to creative commons because I believe in a world of free culture. I prevent commercial redistribution because I believe until we live in a truly free world (libris and gratis both), I want to eat and I don't want other people to make money off my work unless I get some of it too.
