Reiki is another form of help many are still turning to every week and its lessons are sure to provide Posotive ways in changing our lives forever.
Back in 2003 i was attuned to the first stage of ie, 1st Degree in Reiki, i then waited a while before again being attuned in 2006 to 2nd Degree in Reiki and within a fortnight of the attunement i had quit Smoking, i have never wanted one since.(i can not stand the smell of them these days and they actually make me feel sick).
I would reccomend reading Penelope Quest for an insight into Reiki and self healing, if you are interested in knowing more try your own local Reiki Master,one that has a very good reputation and years of experience.
You will be surprised to find just how many are about in your local neighbourhood.
Reiki is a very Healthy alternative (Holistic Therapy) thats non intrusive.

Hello,and Welcome to my country walks.
I have made some nice friends through taking photographs, i get to meet many friendly people who just LOVE nature,
I'm an RSPB Member and Norfolk Wildlife Trust Member..

Norfolk is one of my favourite location in the UK, because of the wildlife found at the Wash and the beautiful scenery thats on offer all year round, the beautiful Sunsets make it a great place to visit also, but the relaxed atmosphere is whats best.

Flickr is a great way of seeing other parts of the World, that most of us will not get to see and if you love nature the images are another great library of whats on offer in different parts of the World, so bring on the Beautiful picture's.
I do crop some of my images and slightly sharpen them if needed
