27 years old.
Graduated in Japanese studies, working at home translating manga into Italian.
In love with Japan, its culture, its places, its people.
My dad used to take a lot of pictures and I naturally followed his example.
I've always loved shooting and have photos of every important moment in my life, and some less important but nice moments as well. But it's just one year -more or less- since I began feeling conscious about photography, its process, its meaning.
This happened mainly because taking pictures of myself and the world around me helped me to recover from a hard period in my life.
Now everything is over, but this new passion for photos is growing stronger and stronger.
So strong that I've just bought my new camera, a Canon S5 IS. Still don't feel ready (and wealthy enough) for a reflex but who knows, maybe in the future...
