Ich liebäugele bereits seit meiner Kindheit mit der Fotografie. 2003 habe ich mir dann eine digitale Kamera zugelegt, eine RICOH Caplio G3, mit der ich sehr viele farbenprächtige Fotos schoss.
Zwischenzeitlich habe ich mein Berufsleben hinter mich gebracht. Ich freue mich, dass ich jetzt viel Zeit habe, die ich für die Ausübung meiner Religion einsetzen kann - ich bin ein Zeuge Jehovas.
Dabei habe ich festgestellt, dass ich mein Hobby sehr gut mit der Ausübung meines Glaubens kombinieren kann. Denn während ich unterwegs bin, um Menschen aufzusuchen, entdecke ich laufend viele schöne Motive zum Fotografieren. Die Kamera ist also fast immer dabei!
Meine Frau sagte mir soeben, ich sei auf dem besten Weg, der weltbeste Fotograf zu werden. Na, warten wir mal ab..........
