I'm sorry I failed you. Please forgive me. I must thank you for all the beautiful memories and for your feisty personality which was one of a kind. And on behalf of my Japanese Maple tree, she wants to thank you for giving your body to nourish her. I know she will love and hold you as I did through your life.

I love mother nature and she makes it easy for me to love life.

I love all the weathers. I think they're all beautiful. I have 2 favourites. I love deep snow and thick ice in temperatures well in the minus's (degrees celcius). It's especially wonderful when the temperature is that low even without the wind. And I love a good strong summer thunderstorm with lightening and very heavy rain. It's thrilling to soak up the warm water and feel the dense electricity filled air.

I have been on here for a while now and I've noticed something a little disturbng. Flickr has it's own breed of snob. I call them, 'Flickr Photography Snobs' (imaginative, I know) and these are the people who leave comments on other peoples photo's with ways to improve them. It's far more insulting when I see they are no more the photographer than I am.

Yes, I am aware that my photography skills are close to non-existant and I rarely fiddle with photo's to make improvements. But I don't call myself a photographer. I am a snap-happy person who takes photo's for fun and memories. I can't tell a lie, do feel a bubbling joy when I feel particularly proud of something, but who wouldn't?

So please, I would appreciate it if anyone who is tempted would simply resist the urge to make me feel small. We'd all be happier.
