Photography used to be a major hobby; I had my own darkroom and was heavily into black and white printing. But I lost the darkroom and things lapsed a little - not least because my Olympus OM4 used up a new pair of batteries each time I looked at it,
Recently I've taken the plunge with Digital and bought a Nikon D70. I'm amazed by the quality of this camera as well as the options that are open to photographers through digital,
I don't have a particular genre that I'm working in although I do take a lot of landscapes. With regards to me other photographs I think the most consistent thing I'm looking for is to explore the use of colour,
Although I have always taken landscapes I used to always take photographs of people. These days I find that I am taking less and less of people and I'm not sure why this is!
