Morgan Wong Wing-fat(b. 1984, Hong Kong) is an artist currently based in Beijing. Morgan Wong is having his artist in residency in Sapporo, Japan from mid Jan 2010 to Mar 2010. He is also working for Beijing Commune in 798 Art District as Press Co-ordinator. Morgan Wong has got Silver Award in 13th ifva(Single Screen based Interactive Media Category, the Hong Kong Independent Film & Video Awards). Awarded artwork, Alliance, have been invited to exhibit in the 9th Taipei Poetry Festival (2008) in Nanhai Gallery,Taipei. His creative works have also been exhibited in venues such as the Hong Kong Museum of Art, where his computational installation, Curtain of Script, was showcased in 2008. Morgan Wong is just finished his solo exhibition in Para/site Central at Hanart TZ Gallery from Feb to Apr 2009. Morgan Wong has finished his Bachelor of Arts (HON) in Creative Media from City University of Hong Kong in 2007.
