We (Dorothy and David Hendry) live in Banchory, Scotland some twenty miles to the west of the city of Aberdeen. We've both been interested in phtotography for a number of years, but it is only in the last few years with the availability of digital imaging that we've really begun to make photography a serious hobby.
Dorothy has had in interest in art and imaging for many years, including painting with watercolours and acrylic. David started on photography with a Pentax SP1000 back in the early 1970s, film processing and printing and all that. Now its a Canon and Photoshop!
Dorothy is a primary school teacher working in the village of Aboyne. David is originally a physicist, now lecturing in electronic engineering at the University of Aberdeen.
