vanstaffs photostream - the home of Tussi.

I am early retired due to chronic migraines and I take photos for fun and for to get out in our awesome nature.
I need to move and I like to go on walks with my camera - when and if I feel OK.
I have, in the latest couple of years, found out that the nature is rather fantastic and gives me many photo opportunities, so I try to go out at least once per day in our amazing nature.
Flickr is a great way to share your photos with nice people all over the globe and to see other peoples work. I shoot all that I find interesting or beautiful - so it can be nature, bugs, birds, architecture, landscapes or people you'll find in my photostream - and our rescue cat Tussi of course ;) - she's after all my favorite subject; always full of mischief and very, very photogenic.

We got ourselves a new, cute cat in August 2006; Tussi, and as I didn't take so many photos of our both previous beloved cats, I decided to take many, many of our new little precious cat - sometimes it is just a little too many of her, if I don't have the power to go out and take photos - I know ;)

Photographing and cameras has always meant a lot to me, and I do believe that a photo says more than a thousand words. I almost always had a SLR camera and enjoyed the hobby since my 14:th birthday - that was many cameras and years ago ;) (Agfa, Konica, Rolleicord, Rolleiflex, Yashica, Contax, Leica, Chinon, Hasselblad, Contax, Olympus, Nikon, Canon, Canon [digital from now on], Canon, Panasonic and back to Nikon - ahem, and now it looks like I'm going back to Panasonic Lumix more and more again ;) )

I currently shoot with a Nikon D90, D70s, Nikkor VR 18-200mm & Nikkor VR 70-300mm (and a couple of other older Nikkor AF non-VR lenses), a Panasonic Lumix DMC-G2 with G Vario 14-42mm f/3,5-5,6 ASPH Mega O.I.S., a Panasonic Lumix DMC-GF2 with G 14mm f/2,5 ASPH + a Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX5 + a Olympus T-100.












I hope you'll like my photos! Comments are always appreciated - I try to visit all my contacts photostreams at least once a week, but some days I just don't feel well enough - I hope you'll have understanding for that fact.
