I'm a management professional who's been living in southwest Georgia since 2003 after spending my entire life in central Ohio (go Buckeyes!). I have two beautiful children and an incredibly patient and good-natured wife. My hobbies include railroading, mountain biking, 3D computer object modeling, woodworking and of course photography. I'm now using my second digital camera (a Canon Powershot S5 IS) after many years of working with 35mm print film.
My favorite photographic subjects are city and industrial landscapes, rivers and associated infrastructure (bridges, etc), and railroad-related subjects. I've also started tinkering with some portrait photography. I enjoy trying to create unique images and technical challenges.
I think some of my photograhs are pretty good, and I'll admit that some of them are, well, crap. Photograhy is a visual image of life, in my opinion, and sometimes life is good and sometimes not so much.
