I caught the flickr bug in Sept 2006. I have had it bad since then. Now my eyes are open to things I never saw before. There is so much life around us that is interesting and deserves a picture. I remember several years ago my teenage son at the time taking a macro of colored rubber bands. I was fascinated with it. I want to do that! I started with Kodak EasyShare which fell apart after awhile. Christmas 2006 brought me a Canon G7. I truly love it! I am a Christian. I hope that some of my pictures bring glory to God. Others are just plain silly as I like a sense of humor. It is the first year of my husband (27 years)and I have an empty nest. We have two sons who are 20 and 22 at the time. I did work full time. However, in August 07 I start to experience swelling on the brain due to radiation from a benign tumor. I am currently recovering from this and unemployed. So hope to back in the swing of things soon. I like macro pictures the best. I am inspired by the many people out there who are so creative with their photographs. I will always be learning.
