Hello I'm Jak and I live on the South East Coast of the UK. I like to take a camera with me on my dog walks along the cliffs, overlooking the English Channel. Until recently I've been happy with my little Pentax X70, but I started to feel limited so I raided my savings, begged, borrowed and stole to treat myself to a Pentax K-5. If it's raining then I've always room in my pocket for my Fujifilm Finepix F70. I try to capture the wonders that I see on these walks and also to share the beauties of my small, but precious garden. My dogs and cats get a look in now and then too ;O)

I don't have a lot of spare time as I work full time, I'm a complete novice, but I'm enthusiatic and I'm here looking for inspiration, advice, encouragement and maybe make a friend or two.
