I've been getting into film photography. I really like the mechanical aspect of it: the dials and knobs and buttons, and the way the camera hops in your hand when you release the shutter.

At this point I'm shooting mostly with Arista Premium 400 (which is rebadged Kodak Tri-X) and Efke KB100. I use bulk-rolled film, and have settled on these two types because their development times are close enough for me to be able to mix and match film types when developing multiple rolls.

I have one creative "rule:" Cropping is generally a no-no, though it's a bit more acceptable when shooting with a rangefinder or viewfinder cam than with an SLR.

That said, rules are sometimes broken.
