Born 1935 in the city of York, England. Early art training at York School of Art.

Career in the lithographic printing industry as a photolithographer. Now retired and living in the North of England on the Solway estuary.

Paints in all media mainly landscape and recently drawn very much to Urban subjects.

A member of the Lake Artists Society (www.lakeartists.org.uk) and also the Carlisle & Cumbria Artists Group.

Happily married for 50 years
