Pacific Northwest photographer Rob Casey's wanderlust and appreciation of the outdoors compel him to explore both familiar and out of the way places where he discovers unexpected moments that are revealed through his work.

His work portrays familiar natural landscapes with a unique perspective, as seen in his reflection shots. He also brings a refreshing sense of humor to cultural landscapes, focusing on quirky architecture and unusual roadside attractions, and showing us cross sections of life in small town Americana.

Rob is also a sea kayak and stand up paddle board instructor and is writing a book on Stand Up Paddling due out in Spring 2011 with Mountaineers Books. His paddling instruction business in Seattle is Salmonbaypaddle.com.
