I live in the high desert of Southern California, USA.. Married to my great husband for 48 years. We have 7 grandchildren, that keep us busy and 3 dogs. We love traveling around and camping in our motorhome, mostly in the Sierra Mountains and the Owen's Valley of California. That is where I seem to take most of my photos. My second favorite subject's are my three dogs, Dolly and Chloe and Sophie. I have been taking photos since I was very young. Several years ago I made the change to digital after draging my feet for a while but now i am a true believer. I have a Nikon D80 and I just got a Nikon P5000 that will be great when I want a pocket camera. Both are wonderful. I really enjoy the Flickr people that I have met here and their photos are the BEST
