Though I've played with many different mediums, clay is the only one that speaks to me. I get a certain artistic high by pushing the clay to it's limit, knowing right when to back off. I love to sculpt the figure out of clay, whether clothed or nude. I used to stress about creating the figure perfectly, that no longer is important to me. Now it just depends on what I'm trying to say with the piece as to whether it will look realistic or not.

I do like to dabble in other mediums when I can't work in clay because I always like to keep my hands busy and my mind in a creative state.
