Photography has been a hobby off-and-on since I first received a Baby Brownie as a child. This was followed by a long-lived Yashica J, then a Minolta, 35mm. Presently I use a Canon Powershot G12, with a Canon A430 for backup. Automotive and scenic photography are favourites.

I am allegedly retired after 23 years working, mostly in accounting, for a locally-owned group of 29 companies. I drive charter buses on a casual basis. Other interests include my family, antique autos (especially Studebakers), square dancing, and travel. On occasion, I write for "Old Autos", the leading publication in Canada for the old-car hobby.
