資訊科技資源中心是香港社會服務聯會的全資附屬機構，於二○○一年成立，以推動本地社會服務機構在資訊科技的發展，為機構提供全面性的服務，以及推廣弱勢社群使用資訊科技的權利及需要。

Information Technology Resource Centre
Information Technology Resource Centre (ITRC) is wholly owned by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS). ITRC was established in 2001 to help local social service agencies in the development of information technologies and provide comprehensive services to the agencies. We also promote needs and rights of the vulnerable groups in the use of Information technologies.
