photography is the private moment, letting me dance with the thing that i interest in.
there are too many interesting things happening all around; using camera to sketch it, is the only way i know and i can.
currently i collect many cameras and lenses even as an amateur. however, truth to be told, good photo is created by photographer, not gear. like my favorite photographer Henri Cartier-Bresson, the father of modern photojournalism, used one camera plus 50mm lens (almost) for all his works only.
how to have good work? i still can't figure it out. but my way is: when interesting thing waves hands, frames it and presses the shutter button while something makes me smile. how to find the interesting thing? don't ask me. use your eyes and heart.

"I am currently learning from Andrew's pic. He has a clear idea why he takes the shot - he gives his photo a full explanation and that tells me one thing - his shots are more than pretty picture. It has depth. I am proud of being HK because of people like him."

muzikbug says:
"I enjoy the pictures taken by Andrew during his travels, esp the European cities and Hokkaido sets - the vibrant colours, beautiful angles and his creative eyes. But what I like even better are his numerous sets of HK photos, not just of familiar landmarks, but of less known places he has visited, off-track trails that he has trekked, and even heritage sites (liked the Star Ferry series) as well. And he even topped it with information of such places, which is very useful for visitors who may not know so much about HK. Truely HK! Looking forward to more beautiful sets from Andrew :)"
