  "My first encounter with Thinkoutsidethebox2008 was when she commented on my "sleepin' on the job" photo. I was very impressed to have someone speak their mind about a Verizon employee taking a nap right in front of my house!
  
  When I took the photo I was giddy as hell because I literally had to stick my camera right inside his car! I waffled several weeks about posting it and when I really thought about it, it hacked me off. I just lost my job while on approved medical leave, and here someone is taking their precious job for granted.
  
  It was this photo that sparked some conversation between us and
  more mail followed about photos and groups. Then I asked her what the benefits were to a pro account. She gave me some great information, but I was still undecided.
  
  Then I get this incredible e-mail that she has bought me a pro account! I was thunderstruck. The last year has been very hard, and Flickr is the one place I can go to forget about everything, even if it's just for a while.
  
  Rachel, you totally blew me away today. I never even dreamed when you told me to check my mail that, there would be such a wonderful surprise waiting there for me.

  I first *bumped into* Rachel when she was uploading pictures of hearts one day...the very same day she commented on one of my photos...
  
  After some going back and forth, I placed a very large order of custom hearts and birds with her. In terms of ordering, she was one of the easiest, most communicative and conscientious sellers I have ever worked with. I knew from the beginning that this was going to be the start of a wonderful partnership!
  
  I just received my order last night and can I just say that I was absolutely stunned! The pictures, while they are tremendous and are certainly attracting a lot of attention here on flickr...lol, don't even COMPARE to the real thing in person! They exceed all of my expectations! The craftsmanship and her attention to detail just knocked my socks off!
