Born in Martinique, artist.
Love photography since I was a teen ager, started with black and white and learn to develop film and print my own pictures. As a student my first reflex was a Miranda, then I started using Canon, different cameras. Then I bought a Nikon F4. Around 1999 I accept to change and go digital, but I regret I did not take a better one from the start. I've been using a Sony Mavica with disks, but I did not know much about jpeg and the quality spoilt the pictures, most of them are not very nice today... So I jumped into Nikon 990, then 995, then 4500, then D 70, then D70S, now I have a D200 thinking about.... :))) In the meantime I've been using small cameras I could always have in my purse such as Sony's small flat ones that I lost somewhere and actually, I 'm still using a Fuji Finepix T30... that is very useful even if I know the reflex one would be 200 times better !!!!
I'm shooting everything but love portraits and flowers most.
Because of my occupation I had the chance to travel around the world... and I loved it !

Yes I got it, since last year I took a Nikon D300 and after my Canon G10 was stolen in Surinam I bought a G11 to keep on having a camera in my bag....
