I absorb everything I love. Photography is a big one. I obsess over new techniques, new ideas, I spend countless hours a day thinking about something new that I can try, or that I want to test. I'm inspired by the world around me, my friends, my family, the world that I live in, nothing else makes as much sense to me - as photography.

My shooting style has changed over the last year, I just recently sold my two main zooms, and picked up some primes. I want specific looks from my lenses, I find that primes are far more in tune with how I think about photography now.

I find that photography, like any other expression, or craft, takes your whole life time to experience. I have come so far in a short amount of time, with everything, but what excites me, what drives me, is the fact that there is an endless wealth of information to experience and learn.

It's never good enough, every shot can be better. I strive to work for something better in myself. I'm not satisfied with merely taking a good photograph. I should be, but I can't imagine ever stopping.

You can see through the camera, but you aren't really SEEING through the camera, looking at the world. To achieve that, you have to put everything you have into something you love. You go beyond what everyone else thought was the end of the process, the end of the line. All of a sudden, you can see....
