I'm 59 and bought a Canon G9 in February '08 while I was finishing up my college degree. I now process my pics on my iPad with an App called "Photogene." I do have Photoshop (a graduation present to myself) but enjoy the simplicity that my iPad and Photogene give me. I now have a new way to spend quality time on long flights.
I've been fortunate to travel a good bit in my life. Would like to make some more trips in the future. Eventually I'd also like to move up to a DSLR with multiple lens.
