first and foremost, i am a wife and a mother of 3 beautiful kids. everything i do is for my family. i am blessed enough to be able to home school my youngest. we do our homework together, he at his desk and i at mine.

i have been a special occasion seamstress catering to the bridal industry for the past 15 years. i have designed and developed my own line of purses and accessories. i have a budding passion for copperwork and spend hours banging away in the metal shop.

i am a lover of all things colorful, funky and useful. i don't like things that are purely decorative cluttering up my space. however, i want the items that surround me and that i use everyday to be fun, funky and decorative.

i cannot sit for longer than 5 minutes without my hands finding something to work on. in my quest to forestall the fidgets, i taught myself to crochet, knit, tat, sew and make jewelry. i constantly look for new ways to use my skills and talents, stretching my imagination and materials to the limits.

i am passionate about everything i do. attention to detail and quality craftsmanship are paramount to me in my work. i cannot honestly say that i have not made inferior items, but anything i make that doesn't meet my own high standards gets thrown away. i don't even give them to my friends and family though they do occasionally ask.

perfectionism is a disease....and oh! how i suffer.
