Kaleo and Elise Ching teach a holistic process combining art, guided imagery, and Chi Kung as a journey to inner wisdom, a journey that ultimately leads to the connection with the Divine.

Twenty years of coteaching in San Francisco Bay Area (JFKU Arts and Consciousness Program, jail psychiatric unit, public schools, and other venues) and beyond have convinced Kaleo and Elise that the Muse resides in everyone.
In their classes, participants learn Chi Kung to engage the chakras and access the energy body, then experience guided imagery to explore the mysteries of inner realms, then express their discoveries through mixed media art. The result is creative expression that emanates from profound personal depths and bridges the realms of spirit, mind, and body.
Often, as Elise holds the vessel of the class, Kaleo journeys through hypnotherapy privately with a student, who then integrates the insights reaped into the artwork. The art transforms as the artist is transformed.
Kaleo also teaches massage and Chi Kung at the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley and has a massage/hypnotherapy practice.
Elise is an award-winning poet and Registered Nurse.
