    Tanwir Jogi ( www.thetrekkerz.com ) says:

"Farid is a good friend and ready to go anywhere for the tour and a brilliant photographer, more or less we went together on the tours, we take picture alike but sometimes he has his point of view to see things which makes differnece in the pictures, pictures took on the same sight are different just because angles are different which makes the difference.

As all know that scenes are only captured when you can visulaize them betterly and he has this quality to maximum and he is greedy for good locations and new sites which makes him good photographer and lust for the trakes get him to beautifull scenes. I just read today in Isobel Shah's book that "The Gujjar are a tribe of professional migrant herders, who usually spend the winter in the plains of the Punjab and move upto the mountain valleys in summer. Originally they are nomadic pastoralists scattered over the entire northern half of the subcontinent, but in the sixteenth century they were brought into Punjab in large numbers to populate and garrison the new town and to guard the new Shahi (Grand Trunk) Road, the gave their name to Gujranwla, Gujrat and Gujar khan in Pakistan and to Gujrat Estate in india. Many Gujars are still labourers and herders". so I see actually that Gujar isntict in him that's why with the start of summer his could not resist to go in the vallies and mountains of north.

    Fareed! keep it up.

    Jogi"
